儲 存 液 0.01M TBS(pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.03% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol.
保存條件 Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

產(chǎn)品介紹 background:
This gene encodes a protein that is involved in omere function. This protein is one of six core proteins in the osome/shelterin omeric complex, which functions to maintain omere length and to protect omere ends. Through its interaction with other components, this protein plays a key role in the assembly and stabilization of this complex, and it mediates the access of omerase to the omere. Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene. This gene, which is also referred to as TPP1, is distinct from the unrelated TPP1 gene on chromosome 11, which encodes tripeptidyl-peptidase I. [provided by RefSeq, Jul 2008]
Function:
Component of the shelterin complex (osome) that is involved in the regulation of omere length and protection. Shelterin associates with arrays of double-stranded TTAGGG repeats added by omerase and protects chromosome ends; without its protective activity, omeres are no longer hidden from the DNA damage surveillance and chromosome ends are inappropriay processed by DNA repair pathways. Promotes binding of POT1 to single-stranded omeric DNA. Modulates the inhibitory effects of POT1 on omere elongation. The ACD-POT1 heterodimer enhances omere elongation by increasing omerase processivity. Plays a role in shelterin complex assembly. May play a role in organogenesis.
Subunit:
Component of the shelterin complex (osome) composed of TERF1, TERF2, TINF2, TERF2IP ACD and POT1. Forms heterodimers with POT1. Identified in a complex with POT1 and single-stranded omeric DNA. Interacts with STN1/OBFC1 and TINF2.

Nucleus. Chromosome, omere.
